Hello,

I browsed to my Outlook account using IE and used to be able to open up my email this way. I use this option to view attachments as I have not been able to open them via the BB delivery method. When I login to my Outlook account I can not click on anything to open and the magnafying glass is the only thing that is viewable.

I have the same thing for my main work e-mail account. I can get into the OWA and see the e-mails - just can not open them.

However if yo log on to your BIS account and set up a new e-mail account as a work account you should be able get your e-mails on your BB just like all of your other e-mail.

Just enter you https remote web address for OWA and then enter your user name and password.

Another problem that may occur could be related to the root certificate in use by your organization. If it is self-signed, as opposed to a CA from a recognized authority (Thawte, Verisign, etc), you may have problems. You might try downloading the root cert and adding it to your device (sorry, I'm new to BlackBerrys so I'm not quite sure how this is done on a BB).

I do know that this problem affects pre-AKU2 WM5 Smartphones and iPhones.
