my user is able to see his folders that he has in outlook 2003 on his blackberry. he is also able to see emails in those folders.

however, if he is on his blackberry in the message box, and he opens an email, how can he move it from the message box to one of his folders?

we are able to navigate to those folders, but, we cant figure out how to move a specific email to one of the folders.

i just spoke with the user again.

more importantly, it would be nice if the emails that he took from his inbox in his outlook 2003 and moved them to a folder, would actually sync up in his phone.

that doesnt seem to be happening.

example of that.

i sent him a test message, it came to his phone and his outlook.

in outlook, he took my test message, saved it to folder A in outlook and 10 minutes later, it is still in the regular messages folder on the blackberry. shouldn't the email disappear?

i already checked his settings on the server, it is set to bi directional and the server wins.

I *think* the messages folder is actually all of the messages, not just the "inbox".

Messages > Options > General Options > Hide Filed Messages = Yes

That will hide the messages from the Messages folder when they are filed.
