Default No sent folder created/available in mail settings

Please Login to Remove!

hello, anyone come across this?

model: 9000
platform: 4.0.0.223
os ver: 4.6.0.266
service: BIS

I have two email a/cs set up through BIS and everything works fine except that my sent emails tend to disappear from my records. So, the mails do get sent but there is no sent folder visible (in View Folder option). The only way to know that the mails got sent/re-access them is by doing Options>General Options>Hide Sent Messages>No, which makes them appear visibly in the 'inbox'. Could anyone familiar with this please advise if this is as it should be, or if there is a way to ensure that a Sent Folder is created and sent emails find their way into it.
Thanks

That's the way it works.
