Default Cannot Receive SMS Text Messages

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Blackberry 8800, on O2 network in Britain. I can make and receive 'phone calls, send and receive email, and send text messages BUT all of a sudden, cannot receive SMS text messages. When I put my SIM card into another mobile phone I receive texts normally. My SIM card is not out of space. Any ideas from you experts would be greatly appreciated PLEASE!

Good old battery pull. Your sim might not be out of memory but what about your bb?

You haven't made any changes to your wireless plan have you?

Might worth a call to your carrier to make sure nothings changed.

are you on a company owned device (BES) or your own.

If company owned and it's on a bes it's possible they've turned it off (although why you would do that I personally have no idea!!)
