Default White screen, bold 9000

Please Login to Remove!

Please help,

i have a bold 9000 and yesterday the screen went white and now i cant do anything except receive and make calls. I have tried downloading latest software and restoring factory settings but nothing is working?!

Anyone had a similiar problem or know how to fix?

I had the same thing happen, called AT&T and they sent a replacement. I tried the load/unload of the OS, nothing worked.

Did you wipe the device before reloading the OS? Here is a link that may help:

If you are going to do the Jl Cmder thing then make sure to keep the battery in the device throughout the process. My curve only gave me a battery missing indicator the entire time. When I put the battery in I was able to wipe and reload the OS.
