OTA is rolling out gradually, based on the last number of the phone number, starting with 0. It could be a few days if you're not on a BES and your admin rolls it out.

There's an issue right now with the OTA software that they're working on, the servers, not the software. The issue that there are so many users trying to perform the OTA is probably jamming up the entire OTA process.

If possible, I'd perform the update via Desktop Manager, as I did one OTA update today at 9am and it went through in 20min, and another at around 9:30am and it took almost 3 hours. I've been telling people all day to just use the DM unless impossible (ie Macs)

This one is 9530 only, the latest 9500 is .141 from Vodaphone UK, though a newer leak is available.

If you are on a BES, make sure your admin enables the software update under "Device Management."

I did an OTA upgrade yesterday morning (I initiated it via the advanced options - wireless upgrade). It took ~30 mins to download the software (~21MB) and ~30 minsutes to install it afterwards. Overall the process was pretty straight forward although you need to make sire you have enough device memory available (it prompted me to delete stuff first). Everything works well and I did not lose any of the apps or settings I had before. The only exception is Facebook where it defaulted back to the original version that came with the phone instead of 1.5 which I had upgraded to later on.
