I just upgraded my BB from a 8320 to a 9800 via T-Mobile. My question is, when people send me picture or video attachments it goes to my t-mobile account online to their website. I heard that it will do this if you don't send a picture or multi-media from that device to enable that function to your phone, is this true or do I have to change a setting on my account somewhere?

I dont have experience with that but I would assume sending MMS means you shouldn't have to go anywhere else to view the pic/vid attachments.

BTW, I think you mean 8900, not 9800.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry Bold 9000)

Go to Option, MMS and check that multimedia reception and automatic retrival option are set to "always"

Thanks, the 2nd one was set to "Home Only". I think that may fix my problem.
