Default How do I change signature (TMO user)

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, there

I like to change the signature of my gmail account in my TMO Curve 8320.
There used to be a page named "Blackberry internet service" of TMO website which allows me to manage my personal email account, like gmail, yahoo and msn. I can change my signature from this email account management page before.

However, since TMO launch their new website recently, I cannot find this page in their website, further worse. I cannot change signature in my device "Manage internet email" either.

Is there anyway to change signature now? Are we required to live with the signature forever till we change our BB service provider?

I called TMO but their representative doesn't know either....

There's a thread on this:

Try there and see if it helps.

Wirelessly posted

The BIS page is still there and remains the only way to change your signature. You'll just have to hunt around the TMO site to find it.

I cannot find BIS page, neither did TMO's customer service I talked to.
Would you please let me know where can I get that page if you know how.
like a URL or step by step page navigation.

Thanks a million

What you provided is a information page, not what I am looking for.
what I need is changing signature of my gmail account via TMO website.

I guess you didn't look very hard:

Log in to My T-Mobile and set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail xxx8250;

It is right at the bottom of that page.

Actually I did already, and found nothing.

Before TMO launch their new website, it "was" on the bottom of My T-Mobile
But it's not there any more

Try and you will know what I am talking about....

Dubdub's link is EXACTLY where you need to go. You have to click the pink link at the bottom of the page where it says "Log in to My T-Mobile and set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail". Go to support and type in BlackBerry. Links galore!

I log in to My TMobile. (The 8900 is my selected phone -- I don't have to do anything here.) Under Connect and Share in the menu at the top, one of the options I get is Configure Email. When I click on it, it takes me to the BIS setup page.

From the main page I get 2 links to it. First is the bottom of the main page and the 2nd is under the "connect and share" link at the top.

Just talked to TMO Blackberry customer service, this is a known issue to their web group.
For the time being, what have to be done in order to have Blackberry Internet Email link is
1. Choose "Not your phone" in My Tmobile page
2. Select whatever phone brand which is NOT Blackberry
3. Log out
4. Log in
5. Choose "Not your phone" again
6. Choose your Blackberry phone model
7. Log out
8. Log in
9. "Blackberry Internet Email" link will come up then
