Hello Everyone: I am unable to receive forwarded email messages when the desktop computer is off, or asleep, or if MS Outlook is not running. Forwarding works fine as long as the computer is one, and Outlook is running. When I log into the Webmail interface, my Inbox shows "no messages" which I know is not correct. How can I fix this?? I would like to be able to check for email on the road, or at least receive the forwarded messages. Being able to use the webmail interface would be very helpful because some messages are automatically sent to folders other than "inbox" on the desktop machine. I don't get those at all.

Your asking your computer to work when off. If you want this to work you must leave it on and disable sleep mode.

You need to forward from the mail server -- not from your PC. Your PC can't forward email while it's off.

How exactly is mail moved into the subfolders? If it's a rule running on your PC then forwarding from the mail server should solve that as well.
