I just realized, I'm missing an icon for the phone application. Anyone have this problem, and/or an idea where I can find it?

Didn't notice because I've never used it... because... it's useless (so it's not a problem per se).

The best way to get to the phone app is to press the green button!

This sometimes happens if you have reinstalled the software and not selected the TTY option or something under Phone.

Took me a couple minutes to find it as well. It's in a folder, maybe it was in applications?
