I've searched for this answer with no results. When I browse the net the font size (unless it's a mobile site) is too minuscule to read.

I've already set my font size to the largest 14 but most sites require me to click a few times with the magnifying glass cursor followed by having to click on menu and zoom in several times.

Worst thing is I change pages and I have to do the whole process all over with every single page.

I'm in font and zoom Hell. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I called BB's tech support last week and the best they could tell me was on certain sites I have to just keep zooming in. I wouldn't mind if I did this and it stayed that way but this is ridiculous already.

I'm new to BB's OS so I'm sure most of you don't have these issues.

Example: I just went to m.youtube.com and the font was too small to read. I had to zoom in twice to make it readable. Soon as I clicked on a movie the next page went back to that unreadable type!

In your browser, go to Options > General Properties > change Default View to Column instead of Page. That fixed it for me. Drove me nuts til I discoverred that. It also eliminates the horizontal scroll on most sites.

That was amazing advice. Even their tech support did not suggest to switch column view. Now all pages default to font size 14.

I appreciate when a moderator steps in an answers a quesstion. This answer should be in a sticky.

I started reading that short cuts thread but most of it seemed to pertain to the bold and made things even more confusing.
