Hey Guys,
I just upgraded from BES 4.0.6 to BES v5, install was pretty easy to be honest but i am having this one problem......

OK so when the users receive emails with attachments on their Blackberry 9000 they cant open the attachment. I can click on the attachment and select view attachment, it goes to the next screen and doesn't do anything it has the wait icon there but nothing happens.

Now when i go download attachment and save it to the phone it works.

Any ideas what can be causing this not to work?

This is the error message i get from BES agent:

BES 4.0 SP6 to BES 5.0 is not a support direct upgrade ... did you upgrade to 4.0 SP7 first?
