Default White screen pointers?

Please Login to Remove!

I've read of a few folks with this same problem, and there doesn't seem to be any resolution so far. I dropped my Bold a few weeks ago and ever since it's only shown a white screen. The backlight works, camera works, email works, etc. There's nothing on the screen. I've wiped and reloaded with BBSAK and can take screenshots that show the OS is working correctly. It's currenly running 4.6.0.282. I've since replaced it with a Refurb Bold from AT&T, so I'm ready to do some experimenting. I've already tried replacing the screen and the problem persists, so I know it's not the screen. I'm pretty confident it's a problem on the mainboard itself. Anybody have and ideas I can try? I have nothing to lose at this point.

Can you post some screen shots so I can see what you mean?

A screenshot would look like a normally functioning device. The phone works like it should, you just can't see anything on the screen. it's all white. I'm sure it's a hardware problem. I'm just looking for unorthodox troubleshooting techniques to try. I'm thinking since it happened immediately after I dropped it, it's probably a cracked solder joint or a bad SMD component. I just don't know where exactly on the board to look. Like I said, I've replaced the LCD and still have the problem, so I know it's not the screen or the screen's ribbon cable.

I've also ruled out the midplate, or any grounding issue between the screen and other components by holding the battery directly to the main board and letting the screen hang by the ribbon cable.
