Default new to storm

Please Login to Remove!

I have aquired a BB Storm unlocked I need it to work
with ATT, I installed the latest .151 OS, because it is
a bit unresponsive, I mean even to make a phone call
it takes its time, I dial the number then hit the green button
but nothing happens.
On other times, I touch (select) something on the screen and
I have to keep on trying again and again until I get the response
wanted.
I have worked with different settings on screen/Keyboard but still the same
can someone help me??
thanks in advance

may be your hardware is faulty. Use 4.7.0.148 (as I am not having any issue in it)

I'm running the .151 OS and think it works pretty good. Before reverting to an older OS, you may want to make sure you don't have apps running in the background needlessly. The ones that will always show up are Phone, Home, BB Messenger, Browser, and Messages. Once everything else is gone, check available memory. Not sure at what point performance suffers, but you can probably find some info by searching the site. Note the amount of free memory, pull the battery for ~ 30 seconds, then check memory again. It's hard to tell what the exact problem is, but a battery pull solves most problems. And, it's possible you were running an app with a memory leak. I had a similar problem and once I was able to narrow it down to a particular app, I stopped using it and performance has been good since.

Good luck
