Is there a tool or feauture that sends alert when any of the Blackberry Services are down.I know the BES Alert tool that looks into your event viewer but nothhing that monitors all the BES services.

Any help would be appreciated.

BlackBerry Monitoring Service is included with current versions of BES.

There's also plenty of free and paid monitoring packages you can utilize to monitor services and SNMP traps.
