Default Weekly automatic reboots?

The last few weeks (once per week) my device has rebooted automatically without prompting from me in anyway. Anyone else noticing this with your phone? And any ideas as to why this is happening?

Go to options > memory > check what your application memory is. Also, try a battery pull.

I have 33mb of application memory available. Could this be causing the auto reboot?
