1. Is there any way of assigning a Contact's Group a ring tone? I can create Groups and place my contacts in them, but I am not able to assign a Ringtone to a Group.
2. When listening to a song, menu options allow me to set it as the ringtone for the phone, but there is no alternative for assigning it to a Contact (like in other non-smartphone (Motorola KRzr, etc.). Can this be done?
3. Is there any free ringtone or sound editor? I would like to take portions of a song and use them as a ringtone (Ex. take a 10 second sample from anyplace within the song).

In your address book, select the desired contact. From menu, select edit. From menu, select Add Custom Ring Tone.
