I have a user that when i search in BES 5.0 for his account to create a BES account it doesn't find him. There is nothing special about his account, he isn't hidden from the GAL and our BES admin account does have permission to his account.

I moved him to a message store on a different exchange server and gave it all time to synch, still nothing.

Nevermind, Refresh available user list from company directory, didn't see that option at the bottom of the screen.
