Default What the.... BWC account gone and changed to someone else?

My wife called me to let me know that her emails to her Berry were bouncing, and she was getting activation messages for some guy on a Yahoo account, and sure enough; when I went into her T-mobile Blackberry account screen her old account was gone and she now had some weird yahoo account...

I deleted that one, made her a new one and changed the password on the account. Anyone else having weird T-mobile problems? Perhaps it was just a rep that screwed up, but when I was in I also got some weird server errors, perhaps something else is up?

posted in another thread, but I had the exact same thing happen to me. And of course T-Mobile didn't have an explanation and played it off as no big deal.
