Default BES express to pro upgrade

Please Login to Remove!

I inherited a BES express server that is at version 4.1.3 and exchange 2003 is running. We are at our 15 user limit maximum. I have been looking into options to get the max upgraded to the pro version that will allow 30 users. I have been reading for a while and I am confused. Is it posible to upgrade to the pro version and keep my current licenses in tack. i have seen articles stating that the proversion is end of life and that 5.0 is where you need to go which requires the upgrade in licenses. We will never exceed 30 BB's on the system and they only use the devices for getting email and voice services.
Can anyone please give recommendations to what path i should take or point me to the proper article or forum. I am new to BES but competant with the back end servers.
Thanks in advance.

You can upgrade it with out much issue, just follow the docs.
Your CALs will be upgraded as well and you will not lose any.

I have done it on mine before.

Is there a link to the documentation you could provide for me. I find myself running around in circles trying to find the proper proceedure.
