I just found out that Maintenance Releases 2 & 3 are out now for BES 5.0 and would like to apply them. My question is, do I have to upgrade to MR2 and then MR3 or can I just apply the MR3 upgrade. I already have MR1 installed.

I think all you need to do is apply MR3 as it has the rollup of all previous MRs.

All of BES SPs and MRs have always been culmative.

There are no prerequisites other than

Verify that the version number is 5.0.0 (Bundle 223, 236, and 244).
5.0 RTM= 223
5.0 MR1 = 236
5.0 MR2 = 244

Install this maintenance release on a remote computer that hosts a BlackBerry Router, BlackBerry Collaboration Service, or BlackBerry MDS Connection Service.
original installation media
The maintenance release installation program requires access to the installation media that was used to install the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Depending on how the software was installed, this might be a product CD or a network location.
