Upgraded to 5.0.0.238 and in the Media section I see a new icon: Video, and the one for Music is gone! Is there a new application on this version for Music and playlists?

On my install was not in the media folder. I read Kirrinjones article, good overall and learned a few things; yes the Music icon is new, but WHERE?
In my case, go Blackberry menu, bunch of squares (BB logo) to the left of trackball, search for blue music note - AT&T Music, the new Music icon is a set of white earphones, highlight, press the bunch of squares again and Move To Folder: Media.
