Not from the blackberry, so far as I know. One thought would be if it's on the media card, put the card in a computer and see if you can recover with an un-delete utility.

I deleted it from the media card on the berry.

Depending on how they were deleted, As aiharkness said there are programs to un-delete data on media cards. It will depend on many factors, did you write any other files to the media card ? if so they may be gone.

Found a program called Recuva and that worked for free!
