Default How to NOT sync the majority of work contacts in Outlook?

Please Login to Remove!

I searched and found nothing directly addressing this...

Syncing at the home PC goes just fine. I want to sync at the work PC also, so I can the calendar gets updated & have any changes to my contacts be reflected there too. The thing is, I don't want all 200+ contacts on my work Outlook to be added to my phone, I just want MY contacts to be updated on the work PC as necessary.

How can I specify which contacts to add/update to the phone and which ones to ignore?

I would make a diferent contacts folder and copy to that one the ones you want (Call it BBContacts) and sync with that one.

Wirelessly posted (8310)

I sync my device contacts in Outlook Express rather than Outlook.

And in retrospect it seems so obvious.... Thank you. I'm on day 3 of converting from a Palm phone and still adapting to the Tour. Palm desktop didnt integrate with my Outlook addresses at work, so I never had to do this before. Thanks again.

And now another problem...I create a new folder in Outlook for MY contacts, but DM won't let me specify the folder to sync with in Outlook for contacts. The window is there, but grayed out and the button is not clickable. Help????
