Default HELP!!My 8250 is stuck~~

Please Login to Remove!

I clicked the 'delete' button by mistake when it was playing the voicenote.
It is stuck ever since. I tried to turn off and then turn on, but didn't work.
What can I do to sort it out?

Pull out the battery and then put the battery back in.

Shall I turn off firstly? Or pull out the battery without turning off the BB?

Aimee, please don't double post. It's poor forum etiquette.

With the device powered on, remove the battery for 30 seconds.

Exclamation Voice Notes Record prob~

It is werid, before my bb 8520 works very well when I made record, it can sustain as long as it needed, but now it turned to be very odd, sometimes it can record for half an hour ,and sometimes it only can 2 mins or 5, 6 mins. I've already removed all the voice notes I've made from my BB.
What's the problem it should have gotten?
I rely on this function very much, what can I do to make it back to the way?
Thanks~
