Hi,

I just bought a second hand BB and would like to reset all data. Does anyone know how one can reset the BB?

Menu>Settings>Options>Security Options>General Settings>Menu>Wipe Handheld

It will make you type "blackberry" and then it will erase all data on the phone. Be sure that there is nothing stored on the device that you want because it will be gone!
