Hi all, I have a user who has a 8520 and she emailed me that she can not open attachments. Anyone knows how she can open an attachment in word etc.

If it is an attchment that the BB will display, then when the message containing the attachment is open, select menu > open attachment.

Thanks aiharkness, I will contact her and relay the message and see if that works. She said she could not open PDF or DOC attachments.
