As of 2:47AM RIM is stating that SOME services have been restored with messages being possibly delayed. It looks like they have resolved the issue and are working on fully restoring all services. There still is no official ETR.

Bell bis no longer has the option to send service books either so I imagine it was a rim thing.
Regarding resending service books on Bell. It still is there, but has just moved.

I can't seem to login to Bells BIS Site at the moment, but after the 17th outage I resent service books by "editing" one of my email accounts. Once in that screen, resend service books appears in the left hand menu.

Default rim/att outage in puerto rico

been on this outage since about 4pm yesterday. just got up and checked my Curve and all my emails arrived at 5:52 am local time (4:52 Easter time). internet browsing and windows live messenger and everything now working, but now I cannot connect to BIS, did RIM temporarily pull the plug on BIS so we don't all keep sending service books?

RIM is officially stating that the issue has been resolved. However, there may be some intermittent delays in receiving emails. The RFO is still under investigation and a formal incident statement from RIM is expected by the end of today, EST.

I still have no browsing except WAP. For something that's "resolved"... I have to wonder.

First of all, not all BlackBerry devices have WiFi.

Even on those that do, as far as I know, email, BBM and some third party apps won't work.
