Default Error Starting Apps

My blackberry crashed this morning, Got it back it up and running now when I got to open Viigo and Score Mobile it says Error starting Viigo: Can not find "Core Services" and then when I go to open Score Mobile it says Error Starting thescore$2high: Error loading the thescore$2high Out of memory. I checked the memory I have more than enough memory. I am using 4.7.1.0.61.

I keep getting these errors with any program that i just downloaded after i did the reinstall
