Default How to know when you have a missed call

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys,
Is there anyway you can set the LED light to inform you when you have a missed called instead of having to actually look at the phone?
Thanks in advance

Yes. Press the Green dial key to enter the call log.
Press Menu > Options > Call Logging and click to enable Missed Calls.

Now, all missed calls will log to your Messages folder and you will get a red blinking LED as a result.

Hi JSanders,
I tried what you said but the LED still remains green when i get a missed call, even though the calls go into the messages folder. Any ideas?

It works for me. As an UNread message in the messages list, the LED should blink red.

Do you have your LED set to notify in Profile settings for messages, SMS, etc.?

LED Notification = ON

Isn't that what your original question was about?

You can set tone, and volume or whatever, but you asked about the LED notification.

Must be a problem with your phone, since it works for everyone else here.

There can be no other possible explanation.

I don't have your device here with me to know that, do I?

If I were you, and this is important, check out the options mentioned above.

Wirelessly posted

The LED "ON" is set by default, so unless you or someone else was messing around it should already be set. But to be sure check:

Go to "Sounds" aka profiles and scroll down to "Edit Profiles" and click on it. Now select whichever profile you want to have the LED flash with and click on it. Now expand the "Messages". Now scroll down to SMS and click to open it.

Now you should see all the options for SMS messages (this includes missed call notification). About the middle of your screen you will see LED on the left side; to the right is a drop box with the options to selest ON or OFF. Ensure ON is selected.

If that does not work let us know, there may be another issue that is not obvious right now.

I can definitely think of another explanation. I believe TTsoldier was on the right track.
