I'd assume you mean for your laptop?

Yes, go through the Desktop software and click on the IP Modem icon/option. It's commonly referred to as Tethering.

Be aware of data charges from your provider.

I've used it successfully when our corporate network went down, I was able to tether and keep working like normal when everybody else was down.

If you use Desktop Manager 5.01 you should have the IP/modem icon as stated above. It works fine for me on Rogers. Also as noted above, you will incur data charges.
However, I understand that this may not work for all carriers, in which case programs such as Tetherberry may be needed.
Before buying a program, try out Desktop Manager.

Default Tether in Guatemala

I live in Guatemala and would like to tether my BB. I am on a pre-paid service (network cards) and don´t have a data plan. Is it possible to tether my BB under these conditions? I am on the Guatemala Tigo Network, if this helps.

Thanks in advance,

Addison.
