Default help updating OS

Please Login to Remove!

hi, every time i try to update it says "The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer" i have tried to reinstall the desktop maneger and the os (5.0) and yet, the same problems.thanks in advance !

the aps i had on my BB right now. such as Facebook, Google etc'. man im going crazy i did everything possible. installed and uninstalled and wiped like a thousand times...
