Default I get an error while syncing...

Please Login to Remove!
Never had any problems before but when I plugged my bb in and the sync started i get this issue.

error encountered. error code - 0x8004fd28. check documentation

any help?

I can't remeber off the top of my head, I'll check later but I do remember when you go to Back up / Restore, go to advanced settings. From there look at the list on the right side.
