I noticed the other day when I was syncing my blackberry that my phone had two address books: Desktop and Unknown. When I go to sync w/ Lotus Notes it pulls from the Unknown address book which only has 10 contacts my other have 200+. What causes this and how can it be fixed?

I would wager it is one of 2 things:

A- You have some sim cards contacts(highly unlikely)
B- You have categorized some if your contacts as personal or business

It could be unknown though hmmm didn't think it allowed 2 books on a BES device.

Is your corporate security policy very "loose"?

No entries in the sim phone book.

It doesn't tell me which contacts are in the unknown address book. I haven't categorized any of my contacts or atleast I don't think I have.

When you mention security policy are you talking about on the BES or the company wide firewall?
