i just upgraded to new OS but after restart come out this '' uncaught exception : application net_rim_bb_phone_app(56) is not responding; process terminated.

Pull the battery. It shouldn't show that again. I wouldn't worry about it

I get that error pretty much every time my 9700 reboots if I'm using anything but the stock T-mobile firmware. It's rather annoying but I haven't been able to figure out how to stop it.

Though, come to think of it, I don't think I've seen that error since I enabled contacts sync on my Gmail account.
