anybody having problems with the shortcut blackberry button? whenever i lightly press the blackberry button shortcut comes up it gets annoying >=(

It's actually called the Menu key -- its primary function is actually to invoke the application-specific menu. From the 9630 manual:

To open a menu in any application to access options and available actions, press the Menu key.

Some people have experienced this on the Tour on some OS versions it's worse than others. It comes from holding the button a little too long. You can adjust your keyboard sensitivity by going to Options > Screen/Keyboard and adjusting the Key Rate.
