Hi there, i have a blackberry storm 9500, it has been unlocked and it is not on a contract. Is the internet available on blackberry's which are not on a contract?? would be appreciated if someone can get back to me, thanks...

For PAYG, only Orange provide Blackberry data plans.
For SIM Only monthly contracts (i.e. not 18/24 month contracts) T-mobile and O2 provide Blackberry data plans.
Vodafone and Virgin, as well as 3, only provide blackberry data plans on a contract 18/24 month.

I don't think you will be bale to get the full internet. But maybe data internet.
