I amw riting this post to inform everyone of the great customer service that I received form Cellular Nationwide Network from Hong Kong. I recently purchased a battery cover for a Storm 2 and it was at my house within 3 days....Excellent. Unfortunately, it came damaged. I emailed them and explained my problem and asked for a refund because I wasn't going to be getting the Storm 2 afterall and stated that I would send back the damaged part. They emailed me and asked me for photos of the damaged product, which I promptly did. They emailed me within minutes stating that I did not have to send back the product and that my refund would be given shortly. Great customer service.....so, if you need replacement parts this is the place to order from. Just an FYI for anyone who needs replacement parts for their phones.

Did you end up getting your new parts?

As for the site, cnn.cn. I've used them a few times... Parts were alright... Not the quality I expected, but they were cheap... Only downside for me (and I'd imagine the entire US buyer market) is the almost week and a half to two weeks to get the item...

I am not getting the new parts because I am not getting the Storm 2 that needed the battery cover. I received my part within 3 days of ordering. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received the product on Monday morning. Although the package looked like a dog or something had bitten into it....hence, the damaged part....lol. Certainly not the fault of CNN, it must have happened in shipping.

I have to say, your 3 day turn around is quite impressive. As dankarlinski has indicated, 2 weeks is the norm when I have ordered from them. But, I haven't placed any orders recently. I wonder if they changed their shipping method.

I have used them several times and the parts have all been OEM quality.
I too have had to wait 10-14 days, but it is worth it unless its an emergency.
