If you love the big screen I would definitely go for storm 2 (to me keyboard is great after you get use to). If you need physical keyboard the bold 2 or pre are both good options.
I can't really speak for the pre cause I have not try it for a long period and I really like the BB OS even if looks dated to some people.

try to elaborate a bit more on what you are looking for. Features and usage beside BB msn

I use it for work, so email is important. Most of my co-workers have a BB, so the BB messenger is helpful. The BB calendar is ok.

I guess I am looking for something with an updated feel to it.

Thanks for your input.

Ok... like I said earlier I cant give you much details of the Pre, and Im sure it has many great features regarding productivity and from what I have seen and read the calendar is better on the palm than on current blackberries...
BUT, calendar app on the Storm its better than other models, since its touch you can browse and input very quickly, also task and work appointments are sync through it very nicely.
Email is also very well done, besides the reliable push by BB, you also get a cool search feature that I discovered on my own and also did some mates from this forum... basically if you touch and hold (not clicking) over any email title or sender, the blackberry will search all other emails related to that title/sender.... this feature also works on the music player -> All songs... where you can use it touching either the artist side or the genre side and it will do the same search...

If you are going to do web browsing, at least occasional, the Storm is better than Bold2 for this (i cant compare to Pre)... and I would recommend downloading Opera 5...

There is a sticky thread at the top of this Storm Forum posted by Stingsondog regarding some Tips and Tricks on Blackberries, I encourage you to check it out... also see my presentation comparing Storm 2 vs Iphone (though apple just release OS 4.0 so it gets multi task and other cool feat.)

Thank you for your input!

Maybe made my decision even harder.

I also like the size and build of the pre. But, afraid to leave the BB for unknown factor.

I appreciate your feedback.

Sounds to me like this is a key statement. You summed it up yourself.

Personally, I use a BB because it is dependable... less glamorous/ and some may perhaps say.. less cool...

But for me dependability trumps glamor/coolness every time. When I need it, my Storm2 works. It has every app and everything I need.

Default Bought Storm 2

Bought a Storm 2 and after having had a iphone i find the BB very responsive. The keyboard more responsive and seems to be generally faster in operation.
