Just noticed in the last couple of days that i can no longer view any html email on my blackberry bold 9700 5.0.0.593.

Every message comes in as plain text and starts with the garbage below. i have played with every setting on the blackberry and bis to correct the issue... Is this an OS issue or an issue with my BES?

I would start with the simple things... Re-send service books, perform a battery pull, remove/re-add the account.

If you are on a BES re-activate the device.

Also clarify you situation, you say you messed with your BIS settings but yet your on a BES?

I have both.. bes and bis running. Bes email comes in fine no html garbage in the front of emails. All bis emails come with this junk. By product of os 5.0.0.593 for 9700?
