Activesync is not on a blackberry.
And no, you get email pushed from the inbox only on BIS

MidnghtDraven, I gathered that Active Sync is not in the blackberry, I've registered my email ( which uses outlook web access -> exchange, some active sync magic ) and I do receive emails, but it takes about 5 - 10 minutes, can you tweak that so it is pushed?

No.
BIS polls email servers (depending on the server) every 15 minutes, then 2 minutes if email is found etc etc on a loop.
This is standard and it cannot be made to push any quicker.
