I can ring everybody else in my phonebook apart from one specific person. It keeps saying call failed every time i try to ring that number. However that person can recieve calls from all other numbers and also dial out to my number succesfully.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you :D

Maybe that person doesn't want to talk to you? Seriously, look and make sure you put a 1 and the area code on their number. When calls fail it's usually the number not the phones.
