I just got a Blackberry Pearl 8100 a day or two ago and I just recently downloaded Blackberry Desktop Manager. It told me to update my BB and so I did. Unfortunately, while it was backing up the files again, I think something happened that did not involve the USB. I did not remove the device or touch the USB. Now, the Blackberry has a red light & will not be recognized by the computer. Thank you in advance.

Dude I have the same issue with my BB and I search and the answer to fix it didnt work for me. Can you suggest something else...
