I starting having an issue today. My 9630 freezes and just shuts off. Battery pulls will just restart it but once booted it freezes again and shuts off. It was weird because me and some friends were bbming each other and keys I pressed didn't type what I wanted, then this issue started. The ball doesn't even let me do anything when it first boots up.

Any ideas???

Neither. To me it looks like the ball just stopped working on me. After a battery pull and I get to the home screen, I can't move anywhere and I can't press anything.

Going to Sprint today to get it checked out.
