You know how in Windows 7 if you press START MENU button, then your USERNAME, over there you find all your media files (pics, videos, docs, etc.) , Additionally, you will find a CONTACTS folder....that's where the BB Desktop Manager will individually store each contact with a full description of all the fields that you had saved on your BB

You must be doing something differently than I am, then. All I have in that folder is Windows Live contact files.
