Ive had my bb since january and other than getting a 'dud' and having it replaced 1 month later, I have had no issues with my new one and I still love it.
My problem is with txting with one person, as the txts come in or are going out my phone sort of freezes. I do a lot of txting and have never had this problem except with this one person. Even deleting his txts takes forever, I dont have to do a battery pull or anything, my bb just pauses for 20 or 30 seconds until the msg comes in or sends, then its business as usual.
He is using a samsung omnia (i think) which he says is a windows phone? Im not a tech savvy person but that is a different os isnt it?
I am currently deleting all his txts to see if its a memory issue, but like I said, any other txts still come in fine.
Would it be possible that its a conflict between the operating systems? has anyone else encountered this problem?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Ive tried googling and searching the forums but cant find a similar problem!!

Windows Mobile is a very different OS from BlackBerry. I don't think texts sent from a different OS could slow your Berry down.

I didnt think so either, he said my txts come in fine on his phone. even deleting them freezes up my bb, it freezes for about 20 seconds to delete 12 of his txts! hmmmmm I am completely baffled if its not the different os. LOL
