Question What does this mean?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a number "3" in the middle of the bar towards top of screen. Same bar that has the bell icon and search icon.

Does anyone know what it is??

Could it be an apps update. My 8900 does. It has a small circle next to it.

Just a thought.

Is the number 3 next to any icon, indicating a notification of some type, like messages or Messenger or ?

Do you have App World? Try logging into App World. It probably is update notifications for your apps. Does it look like a downward diagonal red arrow with a number 3? Then its an App World update notification. My wife had that on her 9700 yesterday and it was request to update her App World.

Hope this helps.

Then it is 3 facebook notifications.
That's why its next to the Facebook notification.

Go into your notifications and either menu- delete all, or menu - mark prior as read.

After that, try a battery pull.
