Good Morning,

Since recently updating our BES to 4.1.7 MR2 I have been receiving the follow errors for various users:-

This error is appearing across all 6 BES servers and for different users.

Thinking it is possibly due to logging not set to the correct level?

I get same message in my event log once or twice a day, it seems to be a "Known Issue" according to the SP7 Release notes:

"(SDR 186469) If a calendar appointment is corrupt, it might cause an "Invalid log entry" in the BlackBerry Messaging Agent
log file because the BlackBerry Messaging Agent does not perform data validation before the values are passed."

Just recieved this back from O2 tech guys:-

KB17896-Increased log size seen in the MAGT logs caused by "Invalid log entry - Level 15" log lines
