Hi,
I have had my BB 9650 for a week,,,trying to get use to it.

I have the msg icon with a 1 on it, when I scroll to msg and highlight it , a msg of " (1) SMS and MMS", but when i click on it, nothing is there? What am I doing wrong?

Step 1 in any troubleshooting; have you popped the battery out and then in?
