Default PIN messages not working

Please Login to Remove!

I have a client who is running BES 4.1 server, currently no users in BES can send PIN messages to one another or to anyone else outside their network as well the server PIN messages never make it to the devices. Does anyone know why this is??

Thanks
Andrew

So how do I generate a new key on the server and push it out the devices?

Thanks

The peer-to-peer key is what's preventing you from sending/receiving PINs from outside of your BES.
You don't want want to generate a new key. You want to remove it entirely.
